Kia Motors (UK) Ltd has smashed its existing monthly sales record flying in the face of market trends. This September, the UK’s fastest growing volume car company announces its best ever sales figures hitting 7,844 alongside further deals to continue this rapid growth through the winter.
Bucking the current car market which is down 5% on last year, Kia has seen sales rocket by 26% year on year in September. This is the second record month in the car company’s history in 2005 and brings Kia’s total to 31,714 units year to date. The successes keep coming for the Brooklands-based company as it unveils new models which look set to shake up the market place and continue the boom.
Paul Williams, Managing Director of Kia Motors (UK) Ltd, said; "2005 has been a huge year of growth for us. And there is more to come as the newly launched Rio and its dramatic diesel for the price of petrol pricing scheme receives praise across the industry. We are well on our way to fulfilling our ambitious plans for the coming years but even that isn’t going to stop us releasing more deals and offers across our range."
As the cold weather approaches, Kia customers can be warmed by the excellent deals on offer throughout this season. New Picanto buyers can drive away with one year’s insurance for only £1 on GS and LX models. This is excellent news for young savvy drivers wanting a fun city run around for a good price with no hidden costs.
The family can enjoy days out as Christmas approaches with the 7-seater Sedona which comes with £1000 cash back and an in-car DVD player for the pocket money price of £1.
An unbeatable limited offer for the month of October is available on Kia’s award winning ‘Tow Car of the Year 2006’, the Sorento, with £2000 off every high specification XS model. Two years’ free servicing is also offered across all Sorento models.
Kia is also offering customers the opportunity to ‘buy now, pay later’ on all Kia cars. After a modest initial deposit of either 10% or 30%, customers make no further payments for three or six months, helping them to avoid any payments over the Christmas holiday period.
