This year Jeep celebrates its 70th anniversary and sees a range of new products, including the new Jeep Grand Cherokee and the new Jeep Compass, which goes on sale in the UK on 15th April 2011.
The new Jeep Compass offers for the first time two-wheel drive options aimed at hatchback owners who don't need four wheel drive power, but want the practicality of a Sports Utility Vehicle.
Of course, there is the option of four wheel drive, this time aimed at customers who are thinking of downsizing from larger models. The new Jeep Compass sees improved quality with the interior and looks inspired by the Jeep Grand Cherokee, a high level of specifications plus a three year or 60,000 mile warranty.
Prices range from £16,995 up to £23,995 OTR. Four trim levels will be available to choose from with4x4 Limited and 70th Anniversary versions on sale this month. Entry level Sport and Sport+ versions will be available in August 2011. There are three different engine options to choose from, two petrol and one diesel, offering four power outputs and improved performance and fuel efficiency over the engines they replace.Published 8 April 2011
