Isuzu Rodeo Denver 'Max'

Isuzu Denver

Isuzu’s increasingly popular Rodeo pickup is now available as three high-value, style-orientated special editions called ‘Max’.

The ‘Max’ pack comprises a soft-type front A-bar with chrome insert, silver ‘Aero’ side steps, rear chrome bumper and light guards and brushed stainless steel door entry guards.

Its added value is worth more than £1,110, excluding VAT, yet the ‘Max’ models are only £200 (ex VAT) more than the standard versions.

The ‘Max’ pack is available on the Rodeo 3.0 DT 4x4 Double Cab at £15,802.02 or lifestyle Rodeo Denver range-topper for £17,502.02 in manual form or £18,606.02 as an automatic. All prices are On-The-Road but exclude VAT.

In addition, the Denver can now also be ordered with a leather interior for an extra £1,102.13 excluding VAT.

Launched as a totally new pickup last November, the Rodeo is available in 2.5 litre Diesel Turbo 4x2 format or as a 4x4 with a powerful new 3.0 litre Diesel Turbo engine with the unique option of automatic transmission. Body choice is between a Single Cab or Double Cab for both 4x2 and 4x4 configurations.

A key Rodeo attraction is its 12,000 mile service intervals coupled to a braked towing limit of up to 3,000 kg and 1,000-plus kg payload for all models.

All Rodeos have an outstanding safety tally which includes anti-lock brakes (ABS) with electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), twin front airbags, door beams, front and rear crush zones and three-point seat-belts for all occupants including the Double Cab’s fifth passenger.

In addition, the best-selling luxury-spec Denver boasts alloy wheels, air-conditioning, leather-wrapped steering wheel, electric windows, central-locking and a radio/CD player.

With its new Rodeo, West Bromwich-based importer, Isuzu (UK) Limited, aims to capture 15 per cent of the pickup market within two years, overtaking Toyota in 2005.

So far this year, the Denver alone is already fifth best-seller in its segment while the entire Rodeo range shows a 212.7 per cent sales increase over its TF pickup predecessor.
