Famous for its minster tower, the market town of Howden now has another well-built giant to add to its list of local highlights - the Isuzu Rodeo pick-up truck.

Brian Leighton Garages, one of East Yorkshire's most respected car dealerships, has joined the Japanese brand's expanding dealer network. Established in 1966, the family-run business caters for both retail and business customers and boasts the full gamut of dealership facilities, including well-equipped bodyshop, MoT centre and service department.

Dealer Principal, Tim Leighton, said: "We're delighted to be able to offer the extensive range of go-anywhere Rodeo pick-ups to our customers. People round here require strong, versatile and, most importantly, reliable vehicles. Isuzu ticks all the boxes, especially with the addition of the 3.0-litre Denver Auto, 3.0-litre Denver Max Plus and 3.0-litre Denver Max Plus Auto to the line-up. We're very pleased to become part of the Isuzu family."

Marketing Director of Isuzu UK, Kenyon Neads, added: "Brian Leighton Garages have joined the Isuzu fold at a very exciting time, thanks to the arrival of the revised Rodeo range. We're confident that their new and existing customers will appreciate the Rodeo's 3,000kg towing capacity and its renowned versatility as a work horse."

The Isuzu Rodeo range starts at £12,149 CVOTR for the 2.5-litre single cab 4x2 and rises to £21,999 CVOTR for the top-of-the-range 3.0-litre double cab Denver Max LE automatic.
