This additional equipment complements the regular Civic’s specification,
with the result that all Inspire models feature air conditioning,
ABS brakes (with EBD and Brake Assist), dual front and side airbags,
remote central locking, electric front windows, electric/heated door
mirrors and stereo CD tuners with RDS.
The Civic isn’t the only Honda to get the added value treatment, this summer. The free insurance offer and £300 Aspirations PCP deposit contribution available with the Jazz earlier this year has proved so popular that it is being continued during the July, August, September period.
Furthermore, while free insurance remains restricted to drivers aged between 25 and 70, Honda has arranged an insurance subsidy for drivers aged between 21 and 25. As a result, younger drivers only pay the extra premium beyond that incurred by a 25-year old driver.
"This year Honda is achieving an all time record in the UK – with sales so far up 8% in a market that’s declined by 3%," says Honda (UK)’s head of Marketing Simon Thompson. "This summer promotion will ensure that we maintain this pace, as well as continue to offer our customers unbeatable value for money. We’re confident that the new deals will bolster our success with the private motorists, particularly those within the 35 to 45 age bracket and with young families," he added.
