Wednesday night saw Honda win three awards in three different venues
At the London Hilton, The Top British Leasing Industry Awards (FN50) presented Honda with the most reliable manufacturer of the year award.
On the other side of the world, it was announced that the new Legend, due in the U.K. in 2006 had scooped the Japanese car of the year.
And, if that wasn’t glitzy enough, Honda got all showbizzy by winning a TV gong - with the IMA interactive advertisement winning "Best Use of Interactive Media in the automotive category" in the 'Interactive Marketing and Advertising Awards 2004'
Commenting on the last award, Honda’s Head Of Marketing, Simon Thompson was in bullish mood, "Honda is about innovation, and it’s fitting we are the first manufacturer to win an interactive TV award. Expect more ‘firsts’ from us in 2005 as our unique approach to the market and the exciting products we deliver continue to pioneer the Industry."Published 13 November 2004
