The C-Class has been awarded a five star NCAP Adult rating by the European New Car Assessment Programme out of a possible five stars. Based on this Euro NCAP rating the C-Class fairs very well in an accident having been given the highest possible result. Mercedes Benz C-Class insurance groups start at group 13 and rise to group 19.
