The BMW 1-Series model range lies within the price bracket of £16,185 - £27,205. Currently the 1-Series has not been tested by NCAP and therefore does not have a rating. BMW 1-Series insurance groups start at group 10 and rise to group 17. Base models are average (group 10 being average) to insure, whilst the higher specification cars are fairly expensive to insure.
