International singer/songwriter, James Morrison, fulfilled his promise to perform live at a special concert this week, designed to promote the new Fiat Qubo.
The concert, in London's stylish Home House club on Monday night (6th July 2009), was the finale to a major web campaign, which began in March, to highlight Fiat's stylish mini-MPV.
The campaign also showcased a trendy promotional video of the Fiat Qubo, linked users to the Fiat Qubo landing page and configurator, and offered test-drives, Legoland theme park passes and free downloads.
Just 120 guests enjoyed the private concert by James Morrison, including competition winners, celebrity guests Nicola Roberts of Girls Aloud and Current TV presenter Zara Martin, and Fiat executives including Andrew Humberstone, managing director, Fiat Group Automobiles UK.
"The Fiat Qubo campaign was an amazing opportunity for us to use a digital platform to promote our fantastic products," says Andrew Humberstone. "And to conclude it with an intimate concert from a big star like James Morrison demonstrated how determined we are to promote our products like we have never done before."
The Fiat Qubo is available from Fiat's 157-strong dealer network starting at £9,755 for the 1.4 Active, rising to £12,350 for the 1.3 16v MultiJet Dynamic.Published 8 July 2009
