Norsk Data Goes For Citroens

Norsk Data, one of the UK’s major suppliers of IT Managed Services, has just taken delivery of its first Citroen vehicles. The company is now replacing a major part of its 200 strong car and light van fleet with a mix of New Look C5 hatchbacks, Xsara estate cars and Berlingo vans. The company also expects to add more Citroen vehicles during the course of the coming year.

The initial Norsk Data order for Citroen vehicles includes 70 Xsara Desire 2.0HDi 90hp estate cars, which replace Ford Focus estates, as well as a number of New Look C5 hatchbacks and Berlingo vans. All these vehicles are being supplied by Citroen dealer Lovekyns of Kingston and will be operated on ING Car Lease with maintenance contract hire agreements. Dependent on application and location the new Citroens will be operated for three or four years and cover up to 120,000 miles during their service life with Norsk Data.

Trevor Jones, Norsk Data’s facilities manager explains, "For our service engineers the well equipped Citroen Xsara estate offers an excellent combination of economical, low cost operation, driver comfort and load carrying capacity."
