The site, located at the Airside Retail Park in Swords, will expand Citroen Ireland's accessibility across the Dublin market and increase Citroen's national network to 27 of which 5 are within the Dublin area.

Before the end of 2011, Citroen will open a new retail premises in Dublin, which will also act as the new headquarters for Citroen Ireland and will be the first Irish-based dealership for the Citroen Retail Group.

The site, located at the Airside Retail Park in Swords, will expand Citroen Ireland's accessibility across the Dublin market and increase Citroen's national network to 27 of which 5 are within the Dublin area.

Frederic Soulier, Managing Director for Citroen Ireland commented "The opening of the Citroen Retail Group site will significantly enhance our dealer network in the important Dublin area as well as underlining Citroen's long term commitment and vision for the brand within Ireland."

David Peel, Citroen Retail Group Chief Executive for UK and Ireland, added: "The announcement of our new site in Dublin demonstrates the dynamic expansion of the Retail Group and comes during a very exciting time for the brand. The hugely successful Citroen DS3, alongside the recently launched New Citroen C4 and Citroen DS4, will be joined in 2012 by the Diesel Hybrid Citroen DS5."

"The new Dublin dealership will open its doors ahead of the key January car sales month with customers being able to visit the new showroom from the end of the year.
