Chrysler PT Cruiser Review

With the introduction of the PT Cruiser Chrysler have created a distinctive vehicle that defy's convention. It has captured the imagination of both the press and the public and to date almost 14,000 PT Cruiser’s have been sold in the UK.

The PT Cruiser evolved from the two-door Pronto Cruizer concept car to become a larger than life reality. Its distinctive looks are reminiscent of the American hot rod and ZZ Tops’ classic rock track ‘gimme all your lovin’ comes to mind whenever one passes by.

‘PT’ stands for personal transportation which is the perfect description for a such a versatile vehicle. However, with such an extrovert exterior it would be easy to overlook the Cruisers practical side and a 2.2 Common Rail Diesel model has now been introduced to satisfy the ever growing demand for diesel fuel economy combined with MPV practicality.
