Sales of 3 Series Compact models remain strong with lead-times stretching to August for customer specified vehicles and buoyant residual values of 80 per cent after 12 months and 14,000 miles that compare favourably with its competitors.
The new Compact ES additions join a growing line-up of highly specified ES models across both 3 and 5 Series ranges. Following the January launch of 318i ES and 320d ES models, BMW Great Britain introduced 5 Series variants in May 2003, including the 520iES, 525iES and 525dES.
Compact Prices Re-Aligned
All Compact models, other than new ES and Sport models, are subject
to a nominal price increase of £70. Equivalent to less than
0.5 per cent of the OTR price of base models, the modest rise comes
into effect immediately.
