The new BMW 3 Series Saloon has been awarded 5 stars in the latest Euro NCAP series of crash tests.

The BMW 3 Series Saloon scored an impressive 95% adult occupancy, 84% child occupancy, 78% pedestrian and 86% safety assist.

The new BMW 3 Series Saloon equipped with Dynamic Stability Control DSC and a tyre pressure indicator as standard equipment, optionally you can specify Active Protection System with Enhanced Emergency Call with automatic location detection and determination of accident severity. This system will automatically call the emergency system when the car detects an accident, i.e. when the airbags have been deployed – it will give the operator a message indicating your precise location, using GPS.

In addition, the standard safety equipment includes front and side airbags, side head airbags for both the front and the rear passengers; three-point automatic seat belts fitted to all seats, belt force limiters and belt tensioners in the front and ISOFIX child seat mountings in the rear.
