Britain's leading ballerina, Darcey Bussell, modelled a dress designed by Scott Henshall at the Audi Forum in Piccadilly, London today (Monday 21 October). Darcey posed alongside Audi's latest and largest limousine - the new, aluminium-bodied A8 that makes its UK debut tomorrow (TUES) at the British International Motorshow in Birmingham.

Darcey, principal dancer with The Royal Ballet for 14 years, starts a new season tomorrow (22 Oct) at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, London.

Stars celebrate new Audi A8 UK launch

The Friends of Audi - the German prestige car maker - are turning out in force at the International Motorshow's Press Day - with Jay Kay of Jamiroquai, footballing legend David Ginola, current Audi sportscar ace and former Grand Prix winner Johnny Herbert and TV Science presenter Kate Humble all on the guest list.

Gathered to mark the British debut of the all new Audi A8 limousine, these personalities are part of the unique group of 'Friends' that all own and drive Audi cars.

Audi is exhibiting 3 important V8 engined cars at the NEC: the all new, all aluminium A8, the new 4.2-litre S4 (£36,150 - £37,280), the first manual Audi V8 available in the UK and the V8-engined Le Mans 24 Hour race winning Infineon R8 sports racing car - the annual French race which saw Britain's Herbert finish second.
