Audi's DVD-based navigation system and a CD changer free-of-charge for A6 2.0 TFSI and A6 2.0 TDI models

Audi A6 Saloon and Avant models ordered from this month, registered by March 31st 2008 and equipped with one of the two four-cylinder engines available - the 140 PS 2.0-litre TDI or the 170PS 2.0-litre TFSI - will benefit from the much praised Audi DVD satellite navigation system with TMC congestion avoidance technology and a 6-CD autochanger at no extra cost.

For V6 petrol and TDI and V8 petrol A6 models, the two already very cost effective optional communications packs available have been reduced in price by £500 in each case. Communication pack 1, which includes CD-ROM satellite navigation, a 6-CD changer and GSM mobile phone preparation, costs £850 following the price reduction. Pack 2, combining the TMC-equipped DVD-based navigation system with the 6-CD changer and GSM phone preparation, is reduced to £1,350. These reductions apply to A6 V6 and V8 models registered between January 1st and March 31st 2008.
