Additionally, the 2.0 JTS Selespeed and 3.2 V6 feature a full leather interior, and the acoustic sophistication of a Bose Hi-Fi system with MP3 compatibility. The flagship 3.2 V6 also adds sports suspension, spoked 17" alloy wheels and twin chromed exhausts.
Optional equipment includes a climate pack with air quality, rain and misting sensors, xenon headlights with lamp washers, 18" spoked alloy wheels, a parking sensor, and CONNECT NAV+.
Alfa’s innovative CONNECT on-line telematics system connects the driver to an extensive range of services via a live phone link to an English speaking operator, as well as including an impressive satellite navigation system. CONNECT NAV+ incorporates voice commands with a 5" colour display screen, and is complemented by a Dual Band GSM phone with satellite navigation and a CD sound system.
Design
As with other recent models in the Alfa Romeo range, the legendary Villa d’Este style Alfa shield with five, horizontal chrome bars is now larger and more prominent, bisecting the front bumper. Once again, the number plate is offset to the left; a style signature echoing past classics, and unique to Alfa Romeo.
In profile, the new Alfa’s taut, rising waistline and the pronounced flare of the wheel arches give the GT a bold, purposeful stance. From the steeply raked windscreen, the A pillar flows seamlessly into a low, sweeping roofline, the elegance of which is accentuated by the internal placement of the B pillar, giving the full-length side glazing a pillarless appearance in classic coupe guise.
The steeply raked rear window finishes well behind the wheel arches. A compact, gently raked rear features lean, wraparound light clusters and a muscular rear bumper assertively sculpted to accommodate boot lid, number plate and exhaust.
